When does the cabin preheat work?
The preheat will be activated when the outside air temperature is below 5oc.
Does the economy mode on the climate control system turn the air con off?
Yes.
What does the auto recirculation do on the 2-zone and 4-zone climate control air conditioning systems?
In the auto mode, the climate control system will monitor the quality of the air entering the cabin and if required, turn the recirculation system on until better quality air is available. (Please refer to the controls and equipment section of your owner's manual for more details)
What do the small buttons do at the side of the steering wheel?
The left hand button controls the illumination on the steering wheel, while the right hand button is for the steering wheel heater which is an optional feature.

How do you isolate the internal sensors of the alarm system?
Lock the car using the key in the lock.
Push the rocker switch on the drivers side 'B' pillar.
On a vehicle with keyless entry, push the door button twice.
Lock the car using the key fob button, but push the lock button twice.
Or press interior monitoring de activation button and lock the vehicle within 30 seconds.

What does the REST mode on the climate control do?
With the ignition off, the climate control system will run for a period of 30mins, and try to maintain the set temperature of the cabin.
Is ESP on when the warning symbol is on?
No.
Why do you need to turn ESP off?
In low grip scenarios, it helps the car to gain traction if you turn the ESP off (eg Snow and Ice). Turning the ESP off also turns off the Anti Slip Regulation (ASR) system off.
We would not recommend turning ESP off as it is a safety feature of the vehicle. If it needs to be switched off to gain grip, it should be turned on once the vehicle is moving.
